Product Manager (Office Madrid)
For our Madrid team, Spotigo requires a product manager to work in collaboration with engineers to help design and develop end customer products. As an European Product Manager at Spotigo, you bridge the needs of our customers (WISPs, HW manufacturers and partners) and the creativity of our engineering teams. You combine outstanding product vision with the hands-on skills to work with engineers and deliver new products and features quickly to markets across Europe, and potentially worldwide. Under the supervision of our Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for the product from inception to launch and will drive a cross-functional team to ensure Spotigo's products are high-quality and satisfy our customers’ needs.
Spotigo offers a position in a very international young dynamical team. Our technologies, especially WiPS, our leading WiFi Positioning Solution, and our SmartClients, are very interesting for large companies. That is why large international WISPs and the most important hardware manufacturers worldwide are interested in Spotigo’s products. This means Spotigo works mostly internationally, not only in Germany and Spain.

Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer needs and gathering product requirements
- Developing new products and enhancing existing products
- Launching products
- Report activities to the Head of Product Management
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related field required
- Masters or PhD preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team to rapidly produce prototypes and iterations
- Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business, and commercial issues
- Excellent written and oral communication English skills
- Strong quantitative analytical abilities
- Excellent general technical skills
- Understanding of the Wireless business and the Internet
- End to end Product Management experience of software / web technologies is a plus
- Experience of gathering design requirements and converting them into a product vision is a plus.
C++ Analyst / Programmer (Office Madrid)
For our young and international team in Madrid we are looking for someone supporting our development unit as a fulltime programmer. Our customers from all over the world ask for WiFi-based Positioning Solutions (WiPS), WiFi access Point Handover, DNS Tunneling, etc.
You should be an trained IT Engineer experienced in working with C++ and with 2 years minimum of working experience. Ideally you have worked in mobile programming (Symbian, Windows Mobile) and are familiar with Linux programming. High english language skills are advantageous.
